NOTICE OF TAX ROLL AND WARRANT

TAKE NOTICE that I, the undersigned collector of taxes of the Town of Hancock, Delaware County, New York on receipt of the tax roll and warrant for the collection of taxes for fiscal year 2025 will be in attendance at the Town Clerk’s Office, 661 West Main Street, Hancock, New York from 10 am until 3 pm, Mondays through Thursday during the month of January starting January 2, 2026 for the purpose for receiving the taxes listed on such roll. Warrant date December 29, 2025.
TAKE FURTHER NOTICE taxes may be paid on or before January 31st, 2026 without charge or interest. On all such taxes remaining unpaid after January 31st, 2026 there shall be added interest of 1% of the month of February or fraction thereof until such taxes are paid or until the return of unpaid taxes to the County Treasurer pursuant to the Law provided however, if the last date for payment for taxes shall occur on the last day of February or in the month of March, there shall be added interest of 1% interest per centum for the month of March or fraction thereof until the return of unpaid taxes to the County Treasurer pursuant to the Law.

Notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned, collector of taxes for the Town of Tompkins, Delaware County, State of New York, upon receipt of the tax roll and warrant for the collection of taxes for the fiscal year 2026, I will be in the office at the Town Hall located at 148 Bridge St. Trout Creek, NY 13847 starting on Monday, January 5, 2026. The office will be open on Monday’s and Thursday’s 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM, and the first Saturday of each month from 10am-12pm.Taxpayer’s can also use the secure outside drop box located at the Town Hall for after hour payments. The preceding is for the purpose of receiving taxes listed on such roll.
