Coats For Kids
The men and women of the Shehawken and Lake Como UMC’s will
be conducting the 4th Annual "Coats For Kids" clothing
giveaway now through October to benefit the many needy
children and adults in Northern Wayne & Susquehanna Counties
and the Hancock areas We will be accepting donations of
clothing and shoes as well as monetary donations starting
now. Items should be laundered, must have some wear left in
them and should not be torn, tattered or stained.

We will be distributing these items on October 19, from 9
a.m. to 5 p.m. and October 20, 12 Noon to 3 p.m. at the

Photographs will be on display at the Town Square
Harvest Festival on October 12. Photographs must be
printed on photo paper and be at least 4x6, and no
larger than 8x10. All photos must be taken in the
local area, Delaware County, NY and Wayne County PA,
generally considered to be the area served by
Hancock Central School. Photographers grant the
Herald non exclusive rights to use the photos for
promotional purposes including, but not limited to:
website, calendars, etc., to promote the local area.
