PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Hancock Town Planning
Board will hold a public hearing, pursuant to Section 276 of
the Town Law on the application of Paul W. Goebel Sr., for
approval of a minor subdivision plat entitled Paul Goebel

NOTICE OF
MEETING OF BOARD OF REVIEW AND HEARING OF COMPLAINTS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned Assessor of
the Village of Hancock has completed the tentative
assessment of the Village of Hancock for the 2013-2014 tax
year and that a copy thereof has been left with the Village
Clerk of the Village of Hancock, 85 East Front Street,
Hancock, New York 13783, where it may be seen and examined
by any interested person until February 21, 2013. On
THURSDAY, February 21, 2013, the Village of Hancock
Board of Assessment Review will meet at the Hancock Village

The Preston Township Board of Supervisors, Wayne
County, Lakewood, PA will hold a public hearing at 9:00 a.m.
on March 7, 2013 at the Township Municipal Building,
Lakewood to review and accept comments on the proposed
National Flood Insurance Program’s floodplain management
measures in accordance with Title 44 Code of Federal
Regulations Section 60.3(b). Compliant floodplain management
measures will provide protection for Preston Township and
ensure participation in the National Flood Insurance
Program. The proposed ordinance is titled as follows.
"AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING ALL PERSONS, PARTNERSHIPS,
BUSINESSES, AND CORPORATIONS TO OBTAIN A PERMIT FOR ANY
CONSTRUCTION OR DEVELOPMENT; PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF
SUCH PERMITS; SETTING FORTH CERTAIN MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR
NEW CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT WITHIN AREAS OF THE
TOWNSHIP OF PRESTON WHICH ARE SUBJECT TO FLOODING; AND
ESTABLISHING PENALTIES FOR ANY PERSONS WHO FAIL, OR REFUSE
TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OR PROVISIONS OF THIS
ORDINANCE". The proposed ordinance is available for
