on Thursday,
December 20
They stole over $3,000 worth of power tools mostly belonging
to my best friend Bob Matthews of Sherman PA who built my
house and now has no tools. They also stole my 30-30 Marlin
with scope that my father gave me 40 years ago.
For Bob & me, this isn’t just robbery, it’s personal.

PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Hancock Town Planning
board will hold a public hearing, pursuant to Section 276 of
the Town Law on the application of Paul W. Goebel Sr., for
approval of a minor subdivision plat entitled Paul Goebel
subdivision. Said subdivision is located at 1702 Readburn
Road.
SAID HEARING will be held on the 17th day of January, 2013,
at the Town offices at 7:30 p.m. o’clock, at which time all
interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.

REPUBLICAN CAUCUS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Republican Party of the
Village of Hancock will hold a caucus on Tues., January 22,
2013 at 7:00 PM at the Village Clerk’s Office, 85 East Front
Street, Hancock, New York to nominate a Mayor for a term of
two (2) years to succeed John Martin and to nominate two (2)
Trustees for a term of two (2) years each to succeed Dawn
Gotthardt and Patrick O’Brien.
Nominated candidates will run in the Village General
Election to be held on March 19, 2013.
