VILLAGE OF HANCOCK
NOTICE OF COMPLETION
OF TENTATIVE ASSESSMENT ROLL
NOTICE OF MEETING OF BOARD OF REVIEW
AND HEARING OF COMPLAINTS
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned Assessor of the
Village of Hancock has completed the tentative assessment of
the Village of Hancock for the year 2010-2011 tax year and
that a copy thereof has been left with the Village Clerk of
the Village of Hancock, at 85 East Front Street, Hancock, NY
13783, where it may be seen and examined by any interested
person until February 16, 2010.
On February 16, 2010, the Village of Hancock Board of
Assessment Review will meet at the Hancock Village Hall, 85
East Front Street, Hancock, NY between the hours of 4 p.m.
to 9 p.m. to hear complaints in relation to assessments. All
changes in the tentative assessment roll made as a result of
said Board of Assessment Review hearing of such complaints
will be entered on such roll on or before the date when the
final assessment roll is to be completed.

contract maintenance of district fleet. Previous experience
with diesel engines, drivelines, school bus bodies, and
inventory control. Good knowledge of air and hydraulic brake
systems on medium duty chassis. Understanding of D.O.T.
regulations pertaining to school bus operations. Own tools
and CDL class B drivers license required. Successful
candidate must be a customer-oriented team player with good
communication skills, and able to work independently. Must
be willing to work overtime when needed.
