Hancel, Inc., d/b/a Hancock Video, is filing with the New York State
Public Service Commission for a ten year renewal of the Cable
Television Franchise to operate and maintain a cable television
system serving the Town of Hancock.
As in the past, this franchise agreement includes the procedures
adopted for obtaining a franchise and the execution of the agreement
to ensure compliance with all Rules and Regulations of the New York
State Public Service Commission for Cable Television entities.
The Franchise Agreement is available for review during business
hours at the Hancock Telephone Company Business Office, 34 Read
