SALE: 11:00 A.M., Prevailing Time, on June 9, 2009 at the
offices of Fiscal Advisors & Marketing, Inc., 120 Walton
Street, Suite 600, Syracuse, New York 13202; Tel: (315)
752-0051; Fax: (315) 752-0057.
Interest on the Bonds is payable on December 15, 2009 and
semi-annually thereafter on June 15 and December 15 in each
year to maturity. The Bonds will be dated June 15, 2009,
will be subject to optional redemption as shown below and
will mature on June 15 in the following years and amounts:

THE DISTRICT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE TIME AND/OR
DATE FOR THE OPENING OF THE BIDS. NOTICE OF ANY SUCH CHANGE
SHALL BE PROVIDED NOT LESS THAN 48 HOURS PRIOR TO THE TIME
SET FORTH ABOVE FOR THE OPENING OF THE BIDS BY MEANS OF A
SUPPLEMENTAL NOTICE OF SALE TO BE TRANSMITTED OVER THE
MUNIFACTS WIRE.
The Bids, accompanied by a good faith deposit check or
Financial Surety Bond in the amount of $109,991, must be for
all $5,499,576 Bonds. An award will be based on net interest
cost.

in the Hancock Central School Building at Hancock, New York
at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 11, 2009.
The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or

Post 209 would like to thank everyone who helped put
together the Memorial Day Ceremony. Special thanks to Boy
