Television Franchise to operate and maintain a cable television
system serving the Town of Tompkins.
As in the past, this franchise agreement includes the procedures
adopted for obtaining a franchise and the execution of the agreement
to ensure compliance with all Rules and Regulations of the New York
State Public Service Commission for Cable Television entities.

LEGAL NOTICE
The PARTNERSHIP of Mount Pleasant Township and Preston Township have
announced a series of public meetings scheduled through their local
Planning Commissions to update citizens on the progress of a
Multi-Municipal Comprehensive planning effort underway within the
two communities. The purpose of the Public Meetings is to solicit
input from the community at large concerning the Multi-Municipal
Comprehensive Plan. The Multi-Municipal Comprehensive Plan consists
of background studies and a draft set of goals and objectives for
land use, community facilities and transportation.

PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Hancock Town Planning Board will
hold a public hearing, pursuant to Section 276 of the Town Law on
the application of Tania Kasura for approval of a Minor Subdivision,
subdivision plat entitled Chumak and Kasura. Said subdivision is
located westerly side of Hoolihan Brook.
SAID HEARING will be held on the 15th day of October, 2009, at the
Town offices at 7:30 p.m. o’clock, at which time all interested
persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.
